Biotic? Last I checked, he used Tech.
If Raiden and Grayfox aren't limited and Leng doesn't have his powers, this match is gonna end really fast for this is just spite 
Now that I think about it, is Kai Leng even allowed in here? He did make his first appearence in the novel ME: Retribution.
