yeah and bobby should be able to freeze him through the force fields. a nova blast COULD take out 3/4 though, leaving only kitty, and she wouldn't be able to take him by herself. i wonder if she could phase through his shields? probably, but energy shields can cause her some trouble from time to time. vision has done so though, so, meh. i'm sure she could too. maybe a stalemate if it's just kitty? not sure how they ko each other.
I guess Kitty could also phase the rest to avoid the nova, assuming they're around her. And she could also phase like, say, Colossus into the bubble, to have him go h2h with Skrull [lol].
Though, at the same time, SS could just keep the distance. Not sure how much he'd be able to, until Iceman does something. Or Beast RAWRs at him.

if ss stays airborne, this becomes really tough for the x-men. you're right about phasing them though. that could save them once. i wonder if ss can do multiple novas? if he stays in the air, he should be able to take his time and win via attrition if no other way.
