Jubilee vs Chthon

Jubilee has some dynamite powers! She's also a really spunky chick. Chthon is powerful, but he was also hurt by a laser before. In a battle on the streets of NYC, can Jubilee defeat Chthon with a day of prep time? Battle is won by incapacitation, KO, or death.

hmm, close. I can see it going either way. The raincoat may be the deciding factor.

Chthon doesn't have one, so perhaps he's a little more exposed.

yea, come to think of it Chthon's garb doesn't look fire resistant. Jubilee could set it on fire and light him up!
