Loki vs Gotham (READ OP)

Loki decides to launch his Chitauri invasion in Gotham City instead of New York. Batman assembles a team to stop him, composed of: Himself, Catwoman, Nightwing, Deadshot, Cassandra Cain, Clayface, Solomon Grundy, Killer Croc, Poision Ivy, Hugo Strange, Mr. Freeze, Bane, Ra Al Ghul, and Joker. They also have at their disposal Gotham's police force and A army of thugs. Batman's crew has one week to prepare for this battle.
Will they be able to stop Loki and his chitauri army from turning Gotham into ashes?

Is this comic book Loki and Gotham or movie versions? Some of the people mentioned haven't been in the films, yet, but it seems like you're using Avengers Loki.
