A fanboy with a grudge and a deep pocket book wants to do an on screen rape job of Spiderman rivaling Superman Returns and Dark Knight Rises. George Lucas Chris Nolan, and Brian Singer are busy collaborating on a Star Wars rape fest, so the choices are Michael Bay, John Wu, Joel Shumacher, or Peter Jackson. Well, besides the fact that Batman, of perhaps all characters, thrives the most off of character reinterpretation and various incarnations for various forms of media, we'll just have to strongly disagree with the "on screen rape" description.
