If there's anyone whose force of will can even compete with Doom's in Marvel, it's Steven Grant Rogers.

I want to say he has, but I can't for the life of me remember.

I think Rogers would win in a stress test but is more likely to be influenced by suggestion

I also think ego plays a large in it. Doom's sense of self is pretty well documented.
On the flip side, Rogers force of will stems from beyond his sense of self (ie. selflessness)
Tbh, I think it's an interesting match.

I don't think he has, which is a good thing imo.. We already had Kingpin resist him easy.. And DD with more effort. Those right there kind of cheapen the feat for Doom. (Though is still impressive given it's a rare thing..)

Ben's will and "heart" are nice and all.
Completely not on the level of either Doom or Rogers, but nice.

From Doom, lots..
The Marquis of Death arc was a pretty good example, where he gets nearly killed, gets tossed back in time with his armor totally destroyed and near death, and somehow manages to not only survive, but make himself the Marquis's apprentice for who knows how long, arranges for the FF to defeat him, and then delivers the finishing blow while practically gloating "HAHA!"..
His history is full of stuff like that.

Doom
-Being peeled away by the Beyonder and usurping his power
Rogers
-Korvac Saga
Just for starters in any case. Ben's really got nothing to compete with in terms of their high end stuff.

Captain America has no magics and technological trickery to draw confidence from.... He needs none.
