The only rule change im making to classic dodgeball rules is that the catching of the ball does not put the one who threw it out. They are not allowed to offensively use there powers on the enemy team unless it involves manipulation of the ball to do so.
I believe if the spot used his powers correctly he could hit both of them, I also think bullseye could hit them. And im actually going to amend the rule about using powers on the enemy team to no using power's lethally so like the toad spitting up gunk on people's faces is ok just no using power's to kill.

Are powers allowed to be used defensively? For instance can SM web incoming dodgeballs or create a protective web net? Or what about Archangel shooting projectiles at the ball?
