Can the Bat-family survive Ock Parker who is out to get them?

Damian Wayne (alive for the sake of this thread)
Red Robin
Red Hood
Bat Girl
Scenarios:
Fight A: 1 week One-sided prep for Ock, none for bats.
Fight B: 1 week One-sided prep for Bats, none for Ock.
Fight C: Straight up dropped from nowhere to an arena, no prep for both
Fight D: 1 week prep for both
All scenario with prep from Ock will assume Max Modell is funding him just like in NY and he gets a replica of his workplace.
