Keys 2 victory for the X-Men in my book..

Cyclops I think can keep Deathstroke busy as well as fire off shots at Blk.Adam
An Sinestro when in range.. but depends how Deathstroke counters Cyclops during the fight..

Namor will lose to Blk Adam, but Namor has big balls and needs to
Last long enough for help... The fight is near water and Namor can drag Blk.Adam into it if he get a hold of him..

Magneto needs to do the same as Namor and wait for help unless Mags can
Out power him with his powers..

Rogue and Ice need, need to beat out Silver Banshee an Parasite...

Emma needs to counter Grodds Tp powers and keep her distance...

Can Emma Fly?

Ehhh depends on the depiction of Grodd's tp. Sometimes he can dominate Swamp Thing, sometimes he can't seem to do much of anything. Emma is more consistent and if she gets a free second, the rest of the team goes down. Unless BA has some resistance I don't know about.

On the other hand Silver Banshee is crazy powerful and if she gets standard knowledge of her opponents (some of which (Emma) completely lacking secret identities) then she could solo. Pre-Flashpoint, anyway. I haven't followed her romp through Supergirl.
