In this thread Peter Parkers becomes Spider-Man but decides to turn bad. This takes place while going to college, He is a student by day and works part-time as a reporter at night he robs for reasources. Peter has all his abilities including genius intellect. This version of Spidey uses the black suit(No Symbiote)
He creates and buys gear: Spider-Tracers: Small homing devices that emit a frequency activating Spider-Man's sixth sense.
Spidey-Armor: Pseudo-steel plated uniform used to increase durability for battles against overwhelming odds.
He creates his own webbing biologically in this thread.
How would he do in this senarios evil genius with Super powers unyielding will and good equipment. How would he compare to Bats other villains. Could he kill Batman and family?
Not Bloodlusted he would be bad and not worried to use his abilities at full power against anybody I would see him as a cross between a thinking man villain and a brute forced villain.

Peter could do whatever he wanted. Batman can't touch him. Robins are fodder. He would put down the court of owls and could run gothams underworld if he wanted to. Comparing him to others Gotham villains is a bit unfair given most of them have serious mental issues that cause them to do crazy things and eventually hey caught and beat up while Peter is just a smart man with incredible powers and a questionable moral compass when it comes to getting what he wants.
I can easily see him funding and employing bane as his enforcer so he can do as he pleases (science stuff and living his life) while still cutting an imposing presence threw bane. More so if he goes the organised crime route.
Doesn't seem the 'team of super villains' type and honestly I doubt such a thing could exist or last in Gotham, built of batmans enemies. A lot of crazy in one group never works even with someone like Parker leading the pack.
He owns Gotham. Pushes the batman to his breaking point. Cripples a robin or two to make a point. He could possibly figure out Bruce Wayne is batman threw some means if not just getting 'sticky fingers' on his cowl and giving it a super tug. (please log in to view the image)
the way spider man is portrayed lately, and now when we see what he can do when not holding back? he rapes gotham city, seriously nobody there can do anything about it.
Batman sees the super powered villain in town and then uses his greater intelligence to outwit the superstitious and cowardly spider-man and thus goes all GOD DAMNNED BATMAN on him and wins.

superman free himself with his heat vision, spider-man webs his eyes again, superman free himself with heat vision, spider man webs his eyes again.
they repeat until superman is running out of energy for heat vision because its late night and superman cannot recharge, his energy goes onto the heat vision blasts, eventually he is drained of solar energy and spider man webs his entire body.
then spiderman keeps webbing superman more and more making him a cacoon, he got till the sunrise to do what ever he wants in gotham.
he begins by searching for females, he finds black cat and he spiders her.
then he is out to spider some more women, he cant find more women.
he have no choice but to spider batman himself.
batman is spidered by spiderman.
