Homer and Fry are dumb, but in a charming way (I never watched the other two shows). On the other hand, characters like Screech from "Saved by the Bell" or Constable Goody from "The Thin Blue Line" are just annoyingly dumb.

Thats a tough one. The dumest in my opinion is split evenly between 3 characters.

spell it right before i get reeally pisst off because father ted is the greatest sitcom eva!
i think he's the stupidest. eg:
Ted: i looked in the mirror this morning dougal and i saw a middle aged, grey haired man staring back at me.
Dougle (unsarcastically): who do you think that was ted?

chelsea from that's so raven.
my fav part is when raven and chls are running from raven's archnemesis and they decide to hide in a broom closete.raven goes in fisrt, followed by chelsea who then a ttempts to close the door but doesn't she's pushing the door and pushing,then raven says"hey chels,YOUR FOOT!" chelsea looks down to find her own foot not letting the door close!!!!!

he lied to the make a wish foundation about chris and showed them his disease which were pepperonis on his chest then he ate them right in front of the make the wish people!
