I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

DCNU 's Man of Steel's resistance is something else but I think he pulls it out.

Sauron takes this. He has the ability not only to absorb the life force of others and become stronger, but also to mind control his victims.

Pre-Flashpoint Superman got mind-controlled several times; DCnU Supes seems even more susceptible. Lizard actually WOULD be more of a challenge for Sauron if Liz now has counteracting mental powers of his own.

Superman's psi defenses are pretty strong. I would say he resists long enough to fry Sauron.
