The first that comes to mind is the Bullseye-Daredevil throwdown in Bendis' run.
Essentially, Daredevil is suffering from third degree burns and has headed off to fight crime, when Bullseye enters his apartment and corners his blind girlfriend. Now, anyone who knows the general tone of most Daredevil runs knows that this will probably end horribly for the girlfriend... until DD rocks up at the last moment, having smelt Bullseye, and even injured proceeds to kick the shit out of Bullseye, finally using a rock to carve the bullseye symbol into his old enemies forehead.
That he says "**** it" and proceeds to immediately track down the Kingpin, kick his ass, strap him to the hood of a car and drive him through a wall was just icing on the cake.
