None of the Outsiders are particularly good against Telepaths, and Black Lightning is out of his league. Coldcast's powers are sorta like BL's times 30.
Vera's a very strong physical fighter too.
The Outsiders have more physical might in total, but not to the point that they can handle the Elite's other advantages.
Well, when he remembers about it, Eradicator is telepathic himself.
Pity that 1) he didn't remember about it while he hanged with the Outsiders and 2) Manchester Black is well out of his psychic pay grade, in his best day.
