I thought a lot about QS and Mr. X when I posted this. That was a BEATING, lol.
But QS is facing a spider here- speed and agility far beyond typical human levels, Class 10 strength and durability, added to the Madame Web upgrade of full Pre Cog (as I understand it).
I would put Pre Cog as a step above low-end telepathy. Madame Web doesn't need to read Silver's thoughts and attempt to react to them... she instead would know exactly where Silver is going to be and thus can choose which hits to soak to allow her to hit Quick Silver in the sweet spot.
I think this would be quite an interesting match. Though I'm still torn on the outcome...

That's not how Mr. X's pre cog works, he knew exactly what Pietro was going to do, he just couldn't react in time to prevent it. I foresee the exact same thing happening here.

Tbf post M-day he has appeared to have gotten a pretty sizable increase in speed, I'd put him closer to Northstar than Whizzer. Pietro is pretty apt for bouts of arrogance/CIS though.
