If we placed General Eiling in the same position as the Hulk was in, how well would he do? He is placed in all of the scenarios in this instance. He goes to Sakaar, back to Earth, where he has to face off against all of the Hero's.
By the Initiative. They break in and tamper with his power-supressing nanites which were a key part of his plan with dealing with Eiling.
With Zom, he takes the punches being dealt by Zom, then, when Zom/Strange is distracted by innocent bystanders, Eiling sees his chances and punches him out.
That's not really the way it went down with Zom/Strange. Bruce was trying to save the people, and then and only then did Zom/Strange begin to break out of his rampage. The Initiative never stopped Tony from injecting the Hulk with nanites either. What are you talking about? Then he would also have to get past the Black Bolt doppelganger, the Hero's, X-Men, and Sentry.
The Initiative broke into Tony's labs beforehand, and stole the nanites from his injectors. He didn't actually inject any nanites into Bruce. He thought he did, but it was sabotaged.
With ZomStrange, he was already losing control even before Hulk was saving the people:
AS for the others, I'm pretty sure Eiling, who fought Superman/Orion/MM/Wonder Woman and Morrison's Batgod, can take on Strong Guy, Colossus, Warpath (lol...a 25 tonner) etc.
