Mace alone beat an amped Talzin so apparently alone Mace would win adding in Yoda who is on a much higher level then either of them just makes this spite.

Well this fight is on Dathomir, where Talzin can teleport and shoot massive lasers from her hands.

Whether it's a Dathomir specific amp or not I don't know, but she does seem pretty damn powerful there, Shields, Lasers and Teleportation as seen in TCW episode "Massacre."
