I think Mjolnir is his best bet for clearing the illuminat. May not necessarily be the most powerful but it one of the most versatile and can be controlled from afar. Which one of them has the power gem? And does he have to fight them all at the same time?
In several cases the real wielders of those amps are more powerful than Shaw in their base form (without amp) and even with way more than a year's experience they're still less powerful than Thanos.

So let me see if I'm getting this correct, this is a gauntlet where Shaw goes through all these people, and you are essentially asking..which one of these amps could allow him to go the furthest(using only one amp at a time I assume)?
Well, then Cannonball's power sure is meaningless here. Hulks strength also..not exactly doing much.
Some of these things are also going to be hard to judge. How powerful would he be with the power gem and a year to train? I don't even know how to answer that in any way that would help the debate.
I will tell you that for some of the people in your gauntlet you could give Shaw all the amps at once and he'd still get casually owned.
I mean, come on..you really thought someone with these items could compete against Thanos wielding the IG or Emperor Joker?
