To be honest the only viable way I see of taking Durge down is with something like Force repulse, or high-grade usage of Lightning/Drain or some other Force power, or BFR.
You could potentially cut Durge up and scatter his limbs around for a victory, but the problem is that he heals at such a ridiculous rate that after cutting one arm off, it'll grow back by the time you've targeted the next one. And Durge isn't slow or unskilled, he knows how to use his sheer size, body morphing and myriad of weaponry to take out even Jedi. So I'm not wholly convinced Agen Kolar and most characters of his class can do much to take Durge down for a majority. He probably just gets beaten up.
