Savage should best him in a straight up fight, but I wonder if Tol Bragga could win through his cunning and level headedness.

It's more likely though, knowing Tol Bragga, that he would attempt to redeem him, and knowing Savage, that would fail utterly.

I'll give Opress the win.

When we see Braga in his prime, or at least his TOR prime, he isn't trying to redeem anyone. The Braga met on Corelia is under no influence, and is still a completely different person.
