If we're talking battle of Coruscant Grievous I'd be inclined to give it to team two in a close fight.

I'm going to go with team 2, actually. OCW Grievous is physically superior, faster, and close in speed to Ventress. Ventress's TK isn't powerful enough to do any serious damage to Grievous, her best feat is causing an avalance and tearing out a large tree. Grievous's combat speed and durability are negatives against her, and while she can hold her own she doesn't have the strength to KO him or Kenobi's endurance
Dooku isn't one shotting Maul either. Team 2 should take this with high difficulty
