The Plutonian, on DC Earth (Threat Level)

Nu DC topic.

How large of a threat would the Plutonian be if he set down on DC Earth, and began causing trouble there? Would one character be able to take him out? A team of characters? Or would it take multiple teams of characters to put him down?

Bonus question. who is the weakest character that would be able to deal with the Plutonian in DC?

He wouldnt be that big a deal.
Any class 100 character would take him down in a slug fest; magic users, GLs, energy and matter manipulators...

Kind of funny that you say that, because there were a few people saying that he would have been a match for WB Hulk.
