H2H and DCnU? Herc on feats, thus far. DCnU Adam is still getting his feet wet on high end feats, especially sans his sword.

Ah. If we go composite from pre-DCnU, He-Man pretty clearly. Even if we don't include the cartoon. But He-Man has bounced companies WAY too many times. So any single incarnation may or may not have the feats to match Herc. Collectively, he does easily. But it's tricky to say if we cherry-pick iterations of him.
