Yeah in his armor Shredder destroys Cap. Without it, we only saw him take out a nameless goon. But it's clear the suit doesn't amp his skills any, so it might be like Batroc or WS vs Cap with Cap ultimately winning but Shredder giving him a decent fight before he goes down.
