There's nothing stopping Vitiate mindraping Palpatine into killing all other Banite Sith, or all Banite Sith into killing Palpatine.
Not once has Vitiate's mind control failed against somebody who hasn't experienced it before or wasn't specifically taught by someone who had. Sidious, Plagueis, Tenebrous etc. aren't exceptions and furthermore none are shown to have even a fraction of Revan's willpower, and thus they don't have a hope in hell.
Sidious' power simply can't compare to a being with an already prodigious connection to the force before further factoring in the combined power of 8,000 Sith Lords and an entire planet worth of people.
Vitiate:
- One shotting the most powerful Sith Lords in the universe.
- Obtains immortality and the ability to grant it to others.
Sidious:
- Get's thrown down a hole by a post-prime Vader whose suit was designed so that he would always be able to defeat him.

Sorry, Sidious is the most powerful Sith in galactic history, he didn't even care that he was thrown down the shaft by Vader.

You are blind and ignorant of your own character. Vitiate failed to possess Lana Beniko during events of Rise of the Emperor storyline. Take a look at this revelation:
"I couldn’t help but notice you’re not one of Vitiate’s puppets." (Outlander)
"I’ve been preparing my mental defences ever since Yavin Four. Still, resistance hasn't been easy."[/i] (Lana Beniko)[/i]
From (Star Wars: The Old Republic: Rise of the Emperor)
Clearly Vitiate can be resisted even if one have never encountered him before. Same cannot be said for Palpatine, however. Nobody have every resisted him.
I did not see Revan contending with will of the Force and winning. Revan struggled against Vitiate, who in turn failed to break Lana Beniko (see above). Revan have nothing on Darths Tenebrous, Plagueis and Sidious.
Vitiate may have power of 8000 Sith, but Palpatine have shown he can exceed power of 10000 Jedi. This revelation is critical in assessing true capabilities of Palpatine:
For a decade, there was no physical signs of the remaining Dark Lord, but evidence of his power began to appear.
The Jedi ability to use the Force inexplicably began to diminish.
From (Star Wars: Databank [2008]: The Jedi Order)
Palpatine single-handedly diminished Force abilities of [entire] Jedi Order of 10000 members with his Force suppression powers, and they could do nothing to stop him. Palpatine's powers go beyond mere 8000 Sith. 10000 is greater than 8000.
Vitiate have only ever one-shot twelve Sith of Dark Council. Palpatine single-handedly overpowered and reduced Force abilities of 10000 Jedi (see above). Palpatine is exponentially greater than Vitiate.
You also continue to show more ignorance. Vitiate never truly achieved immortality. FANON overhyping does not overrule canon revelations. Take a look:
Yet, immortality is an impossibility. No matter how strong, how powerful, how godlike, all must perish. In the end, Valkorion could not escape the permanent, inevitable end to his existence. Finally, after thousands of years, the Immortal Emperor - his body, his spirit, the very essence of his being - is no more.
From (Star Wars: The Old Republic Codex: The Fall of Valkorion)
Valkorion can never achieve immortality according to above statement. In comparison, Papatine is described in following manner:
Faced with the Emperor’s limitless power and immortality, Luke succumbed to the dark side.
From (Star Wars: Handbook 3: Dark Empire)
In addition to having immortality, Palpatine is ascribed limitless power. Valkorion have not limitless power, he is limited. How can a limited being match a limitless one? He can't. Further proof of your insanity.
More ignorance. Darth Vader is in his prime in Return of the Jedi, and have completely overcome restrictions of his suit. These revelations prove this:
Lord Vader did not mind waiting, though, nor was even aware of it. For it was an honor, and a noble activity, to kneel at his ruler's feet. He kept his eyes inward, seeking reflection in his own bottomless core. His power was great, now, greater than it had ever been. It shimmered from within, and resonated with the waves of darkness that flowed from the Emperor. He felt engorged with this power, it surged like black fire, demon electrons looking for ground... But he would wait. For his Emperor was not ready; and his son was not ready, and the time was not yet. So he waited.
From (Star Wars: Return of the Jedi)

Destroyer of the Jedi Order, the Emperor's personal enforcer, Darth Vader, had overcome the physical restrictions from the injuries he had received in his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi, and from the bulky armor he had to wear to stay alive.
From (Star Wars: Official Starships and Vehicles Collection: #8)
You also greatly misjudge Palpatine. He have stated to not care if he died on Endor because he would live again. See for yourself:
The Emperor's confidence rested on a sure knowledge of what he had become... and what the Dark Side could do for him. He seemed open to all the possibilities of the moment: Luke's death, Vader's death... even his own death.
No matter what the outcome of this terrible confrontation, he, Emperor Palpatine, would conquer.
As we know, at that fateful moment the Emperor already possessed a great secret: he was utterly unafraid to die, because death could lay no claim on him!
From (Star Wars: Dark Empire [endnotes])
Darth Vader's showing is not accurate reflection of Palpatine's true capabilities in combat. A real fight between them have been described in following manner:
Vader imagined the power that could be his if he crushed Palpatine and established his own rule over the Empire. But first, he would need his own apprentice. By himself, he could not hope to defeat the most powerful Sith Lord the galaxy had ever known.
For actual answer to this thread, Palpatine can beat Vitiate's [entire] Empire single-handedly. Fellow members, have a look at these revelatons:
For the first time, the Death Star rocked. The collision with the exploding destroyer was only the beginning, leading to various systems breakdowns, which led to reactor meltdowns, which led to personnel panic, abandonment of posts, further malfunctions, and general chaos. Smoke was everywhere, substantial rumblings came from all directions at once, people were running and shouting. Electrical fires, steam explosions, cabin depressurizations, disruption of chain-of-command. Added to this, the continued bombardments by Rebel Cruisers—smelling fear in the enemy—merely heightened the sense of hysteria that was already pervasive. For the Emperor was dead. The central, powerful evil that had been the cohesive force to the Empire was gone; and when the dark side was this diffused, this nondirected—this was simply where it led.
Confusion.
Desperation.
Damp fear.

Thrawn smiled back. "It is indeed. Tell me, Master C'baoth: are you familiar with the Imperial Fleet's disastrous defeat at the Battle of Endor five years ago?"
"I've heard rumors. One of the offworlders who came here spoke about it." C'baoth's gaze drifted to the window, to the palace/crypt visible across the square. "Though only briefly."
Pellaeon swallowed. Thrawn himself didn't seem to notice the implication. "Then you must have wondered how a few dozen Rebel ships could possibly rout an Imperial force that outgunned it by at least ten to one."
"I didn't spend much time with such wonderings," C'baoth said dryly. "I assumed that the Rebels were simply better warriors."
"In a sense, that's true," Thrawn agreed. "The Rebels did indeed fight better, but not because of any special abilities or training. They fought better than the Fleet because the Emperor was dead."
He turned to look at Pellaeon. "You were there, Captain—you must have noticed it. The sudden loss of coordination between crew members and ships; the loss of efficiency and discipline. The loss, in short, of that elusive quality we call fighting spirit."
"There was some confusion, yes," Pellaeon said stiffly. He was starting to see where Thrawn was going with this, and he didn't like it a bit. "But nothing that can't be explained by the normal stresses of battle."
One blue-black eyebrow went up, just slightly. "Really? The loss of the Executor—the sudden, last-minute TIE fighter incompetence that brought about the destruction of the Death Star itself—the loss of six other Star Destroyers in engagements that none of them should have had trouble with? All of that nothing but normal battle stress?"
"The Emperor was not directing the battle," Pellaeon snapped with a fire that startled him. "Not in any way. I was there, Admiral—I know."
"Yes, Captain, you were there," Thrawn said, his voice abruptly hard. "And it's time you gave up your blindfold and faced the truth, no matter how bitter you find it. You had no real fighting spirit of your own anymore—none of you in the Imperial Fleet did. It was the Emperor's will that drove you; the Emperor's mind that provided you with strength and resolve and efficiency. You were as dependent on that presence as if you were all borg-implanted into a combat Computer."
[...]
C'baoth snorted. "So is this what you want me for, Grand Admiral Thrawn?" he asked scornfully. "To turn your ships into puppets for you?"
"Not at all, Master C'baoth," Thrawn told him, his voice perfectly calm again. "My analogy with combat borg implants was a carefully considered one. The Emperor's fatal error was in seeking to control the entire Imperial Fleet personally, as completely and constantly as possible. That, over the long run, is what did the damage. My wish is merely to have you enhance the coordination between ships and task forces - and then only at critical times and in carefully selected combat situations."

he Emperor, it had long been rumored, had had the ability to use the Force to exercise direct control over his military forces.
From (Star Wars: The Last Command)
---
With the Emperor dead, the central, powerful evil that had been the cohesive force of the Empire was gone. With the Dark Side diffused and undirected, the Imperials were left with nothing but confusion, desperation, and damp fear. The sudden loss of coordination and fighting spirit allowed Han Solo, Princess Leia and the Rebel Commandos to disable the shield generator.

At the decisive Battle of Endor, the Jedi returned to aid the Alliance in the form of Luke Skywalker and his father Anakin. The Emperor was killed, his fleet scattered, and his dark will which held the Empire together destroyed. Without its binding, the Empire began to unravel.
From (Star Wars: Heir to the Empire Sourcebook

“Perhaps a few months ago, I would have scoffed at the idea of one man controlling or shaping the events of the galaxy through sheer force of will. I certainly did not agree with the Grand Admiral’s contention that the Imperial Navy’s loss at Endor was because were, in effect, enslaved to the Emperor, as if we were, in Thrawn’s words, ‘borg-implanted into a combat computer.’
“That was then. Now I see that the Grand Admiral, the worthiest successor to the Emperor’s throne to have yet appeared, was quite accurate in his assessment.”
From (Gilad Pellaeon, Star Wars: The Last Command Sourcebook)

Palpatine knew precisely why the Empire couldn’t last without his dread power: he had designed it that way. No one ever suspected how much he relied on the Dark Side of the Force. He shaped those of his government by using the Force against them. He used it to control his fleets and to drive his soldiers on to victory. He used it to destroy his enemies from a distance and learn of conspiracies against him. Without it, there was no way the Empire could endure, as he had designed it. The Dark Side flowed through him like some primordial ichor and was the key to all his power.
From (Star Wars: Dark Empire Sourcebook
The above revelations reveal a critical truth. Palpatine have power to dominate ]entire] military of Galactic Empire with telepathy. Galactic Empire is much greater than Vitiate's Sith Empire per many sources. It is likely Palpatine would simply mentally enslave Vitiate's [entire] Empire and turn it against him. Vitiate stands no chance against true capabilities of Palpatine.

Lana Beniko managed to resist Valkorion's influence on Ziost - Yes. But she had been working on her mental defenses for weeks beforehand.
Not just that but Valkorion was multi-tasking with his abilities on Ziost to extreme levels. He was attempting to subjugate entire populace - including all Jedi and Sith stationed there - in order to turn the entire world into a war-zone. Under these circumstances, if a handful slipped through - not a big deal.
Lana would have stood no chance at resisting Valkorion under normal circumstances.
And unlike your other boasts, Revan's will power is legit. He was the first to pioneer a defense against Valkorion's Telepathy, and he resisted Valkorion's attempt to probe his mind for centuries. One may argue that Valkorion had a lot on his plate but Revan's resistance is an exception.
More importantly, it stands to reason that chances of defeating Valkorion's Telepathy without experiencing it firsthand are slim to none.
