Vader>Maul, but Wyyrlok vs Starkiller is rather vexing. Starkiller strikes me as a noticeably greater powerhouse, but he does seem to be a bit mentally unstable, so that may make Wyyrlok's illusions a favorable skillset to wield against Starkiller.

Vader beats Maul but isn't StarKiller a little crazy. With that Wyyrlock has more experience than StarKiller and his abilities are more honed I would say he would win but can vader win against Maul in his prime fast enough for Wyyrlockto take down StarKiller.
