He just recently stalemated Bruce in the final issue of Nightwing that came out after Forever Evil. It could be argued Dick had the upper hand there.

There's also his stalemating Deathstroke when Dick was Batman.

Slade was focused on a job and ended the fight prematurely. He's also effortlessly and quickly kicked dicks ass several times. Bronze tiger also stalemate Slade h2h with deadshots interference. He's the more skilled martial imo even though dick has an edge in speed and agility.

Tiger needed interference to stalemate DS, though. Dick didn't. And while Slade has beaten Nightwing in the past, I'd say that Dick has been given a bump in formidability since then.

Dick needed Slade distracted and so did Bruce with harleys interference recently. Nothing has changed. If he's mildly commited he always shitstomps peak humans. dick is human and the only reason I could see for having him at a higher level is how he's performed against Slade and Bruce in recent years. He's still not Batman's equal and I think tiger edges him out he's as close to Bruce as you can get. Dick is there too but slightly below imo

DS focused on the job isn't the same as another person interfering in the match. If he's really so far above Dick, KO'ing him and continuing with his mission should've been child's play and would make more sense than holding back and making it a real fight.

I respect you opinion, though.

He's already embarrassed NW several times and effortlessly tooled Bruce several times. The damage that they can do to Slade will always be superficial at best. No where near taxing his healing factor unless he's weakened in some way (occurred several times). In his fight with dick he clearly only wanted to achieve his goal. Dick was going all out and Slade only wanted to finish his job.

That's not true. Slade specifically chose to engage Dick and didn't mention anything about being distracted or not at his best. In fact, he started with a weapon whereas Dick was empty-handed. Slade got disarmed pretty easily, too.
