Weakest being who can survive...

Hal's Krona-buster:
(please log in to view the image)

Scenario 1: No shielding allowed.
Scenario 2: Shielding allowed.

*Note:
I'm not looking for characters who can survive via intangibility, energy manipulation, immortality, etc. I'm only interested in who can endure it by way of sheer durability, and/or shielding.

Go!

I see this as a Skyfather or low Abstract killer. So something above this should do the trick. Cyttorak would be a good choice.

I think a number of people in Trans range with top tier durability could probably survive it. So people like Thanos (w/ shields), SBP, Doomsday, etc.

Krona was powerful, no doubt, but my gut says his durability wasn't that special.

What are you talking about? Krona with no entities tanked attacks from Sayd, Larfleeze and several elite Lanterns without scratch.

With entities, he was abstract level in power.

Nobody short of Galactus has even a hope of survival. Hal has already Blasted through SBP with an ordinary blast. No way any Trans tier being can survive it.

Superman could.

Interesting. Any particular reason why you think this?

Am actually curious too, i've read all of Prime's stories, and not once did i remember what he's claiming.

Thanks for the scans galan, but that proved nothing of what ahbi was claiming.

Hal cheap shot him, barely did any damage to him. Only for Prime to come back piss off and beat the crap out of Jordan. Jordan's only saving grace was plot and The Superman's team.

As for this fight, i see only Trans and higher to be able to survive, and certain character with specific abilities.

Prime
Arena Countdown Monarch
Doomsday will die but evolve
Extant
Zero Hour Parallax

I think his point(and it is valid to an extent) is that under the same writer, one of Hal's 'standard' blasts appeared to pierce through Prime's hide... And the Krona-buster was many orders of magnitude greater, obviously.

Not saying I agree, but it is something to think about I suppose...

3 Pages before said blast, a ringless Sinestro gets him with the left hook.

Just sayin

Are you really trying to play the "lets post the lowest possible showings we can scrounge up" game? If so, I'd be happy to post all of his high-end feats to counter.

...Guarantee I'll win that game. smile

You don't think he could survive by shielding himself?

^ I don't recall Monarch utilizing any shielding that could tank a blast like that, but I could be forgetting something..?

Not shields per say, but bracing for the impact itself.
