Did Bane's era have the most fodder?

When you think of the notable force users of his era, there aren't very many powerful Jedi or Sith. The Sith lords of his era aren't notable, the Sith warriors could barely kill Padawans/were slaughtered en masse by mediocre Jedi like Raskta Lsu. Even Kas'im was struggling with Bane who barely had any lightsaber training, so does that make Bane's era the weakest in terms of notable force users? In your opinion is there a force user who could solo both the Jedi of his era/the Sith of his era?

Thoughts?
