Prime Father can probably deal with 5-10 max.
Weakened TCW Father - 2?
Daughter (or Son) - 3 for each?

Palpatine can handle 1-2 Fathers, 3-4 Sons/Daughters.
Luke, let's see what he became in the Disney Canon, should, if he reached the potential of his father, be able to handle 2-4 Fathers, 6-8 Sons/Daugthers.

Re: How many Sidious' can the ones handle? And Luke's
The Ones seldom had the opportunity to contend with external threats.
The Ones dominated the likes of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano in a confrontation but the prime Legends incarnations of Luke Skywalker and Darth Sidious individually represent a substantially greater challenge then the aforementioned trio.
If Anakin Skywalker was capable of fulfilling the role of The Father in Mortis, Luke Skywalker and Darth Sidious wouldn't be far-off on individual basis either.
I would expect each member of The Ones to handle 2 x Luke Skywalker and/or Darth Sidious at maximum through sheer raw power. However, potential vulnerabilities of The Ones shall also come into consideration.

All we do know is they were greater than any Force users the Jedi have ever encountered, as per TCW Narrator. That they can stomp Obi-Wan and Anakin with a mere gesture as per showings. Oh and that they could potentially tear the fabric of the Universe according to The Father.

That is the single stupidest thing I've read on KMC in the year of 2016.
And believe me, there is A LOT of competition.
