I saw two cases. I forget the website that i viewed the video footage from though because it was a while ago.
1. There was this man that pulled into a gas station with his wife and children, he gets out of the car to get some food from the store, and the minute that he's 15 feet away from the car, a truck flies over a guardrail from a highway up above his car, and flattens his car. Yes his entire family died, but he got out literally seconds before dying as well.
2. Two brothers in the Middle East were messing around with a rocket launcher. The kid with the weapon looked to be about 8-10 feet away from a small flight of stairs made of cement. One of the brothers has a video cam in hand when suddenly the one with the rocket launcher pulls the trigger, and is blown to pieces. What makes this special is that the guy with the cam was also close enough to have been turned into chopped meat, but instead walks away dazed.
Wish I could remember what the website was called. It was something like crazy shit happens dot com.
