Meet the crazy lady who mght get a spot on the Texas Board of Education
Texas has long been the center of controversy due to it's Board of Education demanding such changes to textbooks as portraying Jesus as an historical character, calling evolution an unproven theory, removing references to (or otherwise playing down) slavery, and spreading all sorts of lies about sex. No there's a nut named Mary Lou Bruner running for a spot on the board. Here's she is, presumably praying to Jesus to forgive her for being a lying, hate-filled piece of s**t:
Anyway, here is a little bit you should know about her:
She wrote last October: “Obama has a soft spot for homosexuals because of the years he spent as a male prostitute in his twenties. That is how he paid for his drugs. ”
Federal pre-kindergarten programmes, she has argued, are a plot to make children confused about their sexuality: “The federal government wants to indoctrinate the little children, teaching them a homosexual marriage is just as good as a marriage with a father and a mother.”
Bruner has also suggested on social media that John F Kennedy was killed by the Democratic party “because the socialists and Communists in the party did not want a conservative president”, that climate change is a hoax invented by Karl Marx, the “USA should ban Islam”, and that humans and dinosaurs walked Earth simultaneously, and dinosaurs died out because only babies were carried on the Ark, so they were too young to reproduce on a barren planet after the flood.

Anyone who thinks dinosaurs and humans were alive during the same time period should pretty much be prohibited from holding any type of public office or anything.
The LAST thing this person needs to be on is the board of education. Education is anathema to people like this. One would think you would want people on the board of education to actually be..educated.
When a grown ass adult believes the only reason dinosaurs aren't around is because only babies were brought onto Noak's ark..they really need to have no say in how children are educated.
