Beating, for lack of a better term, trainee Bane twice in dueling bouts indicates good dueling knowledge, but Bane at that point didn't achieve anything really awe-inspiring as a Sith yet.

Idk how impressive magnaguards are in canon, but I wager beating three of them in addition to surviving an encounter with Grievous merits some parity. Ahsoka's stronger in the force anyway. Btw, I'm counting season 1 of TCW as part of the beginning of TCW.
