You can find yourself in the choke of an inferior Force user often, tbh. Vader also choked Galen in TFU but later he got the exact same treatment, which indicates some form of parity between them.

Didn't marek ragdoll vader after he wrecked him with lightning? Vader choked marek outright right before their fight in the comic for several seconds while walking before throwing him too the cliff.

Either way tfu vader is likely<dooku, tfu 2 vader's another story.
