Stewart would probably do it with the most speed and efficiency. He's shown some of the most powerful and largest GL constructs period, and as an architect his are always well made.

john would be the quickest he doesn't play and is very concise. he would make like a space shuttle or the rocket boosters.
hal or guy would be the more humorous one. I could see them placing an cartoon acme rocket on his back or hitting him like a baseball with a bat or a slingshot.
kyle would create a bullet train or medieval catapult.
Alternatively, Kyle could just bury him (If that counts as bfr. It's what he did to Onimar Syn)
