You guys don't give characters credit. Dooku is fighting two of Anakin Skywalker's grandchildren who have massive Force ability and have been shown to develop or invent new Force powers basically at will. Dooku might dominate for a little while but don't act like this is some mismatch -- it's not.
It's not even remotely close to a stomp, yes Rey hasn't shown a lot which is troublesome when using her in a battle thread. Kylo on the other hand has, he's a grandson of Anakin Skywalker who's received training from Luke Skywalker who was more knowledgeable and experienced than his incarnation that could match Darth Vader and Snoke who's Dark Side knowledge is rumoured to be enormous. As far as feats and accolades go, Kylo's shown to have huge offensive and defensive abilities, one one hand he's applying more power than the explosion of a quadjumper could achieve while mentally strained, physically injured and when Rey was actively resisting his power while being fuelled by her anger (which did improve her abilities). On the other hand he's directly defending himself from Rey's lightsaber strikes while being mentally hindered and physically in a very bad condition (two lightsaber wounds and bleeding out from Chewbacca's bowcaster wound) despite that Rey was being aided by her anger and was focusing the Force immensly. On top of that he's receiving scaling from someone like Kanan, who through his training and power he's solidly outclassing, while Kanan has performed feats like moving two ship sized asteroids, moved giant catwalks pre-Rebels and held up a collapsing mine (pre-Rebels). I don't see how the Count is going to decide this through the Force considering that Kylo himself has immense defensive abilities and can deal a good amount of offensive power himself.
In terms of lightsaber- and physical combat it's more difficult to provide a case for Kylo since his opponents lack notable accolades and/or feats. However some inspiration can be drawn from a more holistic approach, more notably the fact that he's a Skywalker (all his predecessors have shown an great amount of talent of lightsaber combat when being far younger than Kylo) and he's been trained by Luke himself, someone who could challenge Darth Vader even before gathering a great amount of Jedi secrets, knowledge and traditions. On top of that we know that his skill with a lightsaber was pivotal in destroying Luke's Jedi Order, he's the greatest combatant of the First Order (consisting of super soldiers trained from birth) and he's the master of the Knights of Ren (who themselves are Jedi killers). Yes obviously we barely know anything about these Jedi yet we do know that Kylo as a 23 year old was still training with Luke so at least some of his peers should be around the same age and have received similar training combined with the fact that Kylo's using a combat style which wss last seen thousands of years ago (and is identified as an 'unorthodox lightsaber'). Yes the Count is more experiencied and the more technical duelist but that didn' t matter against Anakin Skywalker, Savage Oppress or Quinlan Vos (as far as canon goes) so Kylo, who's packing a huge amount of raw power himself, wielding an unorthodox weapon combined with an extremely aggresive, strength based and highly durable fighting style should at least make it a very difficult fight for the Count especially when he's having Rey as backup. Taking everything into account I for example don't see him making any headway against Kylo like he did against Ventress, the former is far more durable (which grants him better resistance against the Counts martial attacks), has more offensive and defensive capabilities and employs a more strength based (and unknown) style so Dooku's main advantages lay with his lightning and technical skill and the question remains how much that's going to stack up against Kylo.
