Let's say thank to weird dragon ball shenanigans, video goes back in time to meet chi chi and launch to help them stop a mind controlled ox king.
Let's also assume all characters are in their prime, so world tournaments chi chi and video. Could they take ox king in his prime?

Well chi chi was trained by ox king, and in the show he was flipping tanks and shrugging off their shells like it was nothing. Chchii doesn't have thos kinda feats
