He and the T Bolt are a living Deus Ex Machina, a valuable addition to the ranks.

Physical juggernaut The latest in a long line of Jim Harper clones, Guardian agrees to split his time between his duties at Project Cadmus and the new League. Cadmus is now one of the most powerful corporations in the world, and Booster wants someone on the inside. It doesn't hurt that Harper is also a highly competent hero w. several lifetimes of experience.
