IMO when Deathstroke is written correct his speed/reflexes are just to much for ANY street leveler even though he is less skilled then others here. He would ensure team 1 wins.
If this is chump stroke though where certain abilities are ignored for they have a chance team two is more skilled here.
If this is PC KK he solos
