Tbh........MM telepathy could come in big here depending on the up resistance of team 1, he was once beating the same members of t1 by himself and Billy could give him a hand with Clark 2 on 1 while the others of t2 go head to head with t1.
Between MMH and Arthur you have the TP angle (and there are some showings of Aquaman that make him nore valuable in that regard like casually TPing those with TP resistance- ah la white Martians and dimensional entities Jonn couldnt)
The problem is
Flash jas the whole mind moves at greater speed TP doesnt work
GL has the ability to shield and the will to free himself (has only succumbed to more powerful TP)
Diana bar a couple bad showings vs Dr Psycho and one vs Max Lord has numerous showings of resisting TP
And Superman also has plenty of TP resistance feats, but since he can be shielded by GL or compelled not to succumb by magic Lasso has an out.
That then leaves us with a situation where Flash, Supes, and WW are all faster than the fastest of team 2.
GL also has greater versatility than anyone on team 2
Team 1 has better established team work. Jonn and Arthur are the only ones with a good team connection. Ollie and the Hawks are traditionally at odds (law and order enforcer vs rebel). Neither Billy or Vic has ever worked with that team.
