That isn't X-Force. It's Weapon X, although Domino dubbed them Weapon X-Force, which stuck.
Weapon X is outnumbered almost 2 to 1, are power restricted, missing members, and the Batfamily has an entire 24 hours to prepare. They could grab random stuff out the Batcave and still have a family dinner with a good night's rest afterwards.
