But doesn't Knull possess a magical weapon? Unless it was heavily implied that only a blessed weapon can damage him? For example, why wouldn't the Ebony Blade be able to hurt him? Knull's blade killed Celestials after all.

Magical=/= holy.

Killing Celestials isn't actually that hard. Jarnbjorn, for example, kills Celestials, and is magic - yet Power Man can tank it.

Zarathos was only hurt by holy weapons, from God (big G), iirc. Mere magic wouldn't cut it.
