Yup. Absolutely stupid writing. The freaking Celestials can't even handle Asgardian enchantments, now all of the sudden they are creating beings like the Beyonders and their father.

The whole history of the Celestials is a mess. Whatever happened to the Fulcrum, the next stage in Celestial evolution? Them I could believe creating Beyonders, but not regular Celestials.
I'm ok with the Celestials creating the Beyonders. They made them powerful enough to defeat the Celestial Host as a failsafe. Which they did.
And the White Space or "Realm" of the Beyonders is just simply everything outside the Marvel Multiverse. So arguably consistent with history.
The idea that the Lost One was created by the Celestials, who then created the Beyonders, is a wholly unnecessary addition to cosmic canon though. He's just pointless and his design is terrible.
