Euro 2004's KMC teams (All-stars,...)

Following Yerss' proposal, here's the official thread to choose KMC's All-stars and "All-suckers" teams.

1st Part : Every member post 2 nominees for each position for the All-stars team : ie 2 GK, 4 Central Defender, 2 LWD, 2RWD, 2LW, 2 RW, etc...

Each times you must give the position of the player, his last name and his nationality. In a few days I'll gather them andd put them to the vote.

are we playing 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 GP?

and to add an ontopic note:
my GKs (have to think of the others)
1. without a doubt, my fav, my hunk, Antonios Nikopolidis, Greece
2. Petr Cech, Czech, did a few good moves

Ok I'm realizing that this would be much harder to do...
So I propose a basic 4-4-2. But we'll adapt it if necessary.
New Rules : 2 GK, 8 Defs, 8 Mids, 4 Forwards

D: Campbell (England), Kapsis (Greece), Fyssas (Greece), King (Eng), Ricardo Carvalho (Por), Seitaridis (Gre), Cole (Eng), Bouma (Hol)
M: Zagorakis (Gr), Rui Costa (Por), Katsouranis (Gre), Lampard (Eng), Costinha (Por), Scholes (Eng), Nedved (Cze), Jankulovski (Cze)
F: Baros (Cze), Charisteas (Gre), Rooney (Eng), Nikolaidis (Gre)

I'm having trouble selecting that many people y'know...

but here is my list (still working on it)

Nikopolidis (Greece) (ah come on, he was the mainreason Greece won and he looks cute)
Cech (Czech Republic) (kept the country in the comp for a long time) (was doubting to include Isaksson too, cause he did some mighty saves... think against The Netherlands!)

DEF
Seitaridis and Dellas from Greece (iron defenders and Greece is my fav team)
Bouma (The Netherlands) (hard player)
Campbell and Cole (you can't deny those classplayers)
Bogelund (Denmark) (just love that head, looks like a mad beast on the lose)
Reiziger (The Netherlands) (not my choice, dad said he was excellent, didn't knew he played)
Kapsis (Greece) (a darn good defender)

MID
Zagorakis (Greek) (love greece)
Lampard (England) (didn't knew him well before, but he is one classplayer!)
Nedved (Czech) (he and the goalie kept Czech Republic in for so long)
Ibrahimovic (Sweden) (that goal he made and that pass with the heel!)
C. Ronaldo (Portugese) (one heck of a talented player with great individual technique)
Rui Costa (Portugese) (imo, one of the two-three decent players portugal had to offer)
Van Der Meyde (The Netherlands) (played quite some great games, in this case I don't stand behind my Dick)
Jankulovski (Czech) (did some good moves)

ATT
Rooney (England) (revelation to me)
Baros (Czech) (ok, he too kept them in it for a long time)
Charisteas (Greece) (heck yeah!)
Van Nistelrooij (The Netherlands) (did some fine goals and good actions)

so... really, GP... 8 defenders and 8 midfielders... for a World Cup ok, but here we have only 16 teams ... and 6 weren't even worthy being there

well, a simple 4-4-2 or 4-4-3 selection with 5 reserves would already be enough to me...

=> Yerss : Well at first I wanted to make a real election with all the stufs etc..., but as there are only four or five of us who participate in, I'm gonna grant your wish. D7879 has already posted his. let's carry on that way. After that we'll do the All-suckahs team.
