Written as he usually is in the Authority, he would take everyone but Thor. If we're talkin "Strong as the Thing Beast" he'd be a challenge too, but 70's Beast would be in trouble. Written as he was in Stormwatch, or in Stormwatch: Team Achilles, he would loose.

hawkeye: Midnighter catches arrows at point blank range, so he's dead.

scarlet witch: dead
beast: dead, but it takes a while for 'Nighter to catch him.
quicksilver: dead, but he deals out a lot of punishment

thor, ironman, and starfox: Thor laughs at him, Iron Man's armor is too strong for him to break through, ad Starfox would just make Midnighter fall in love with him. He is not getting past these three.

i think midnighter and starfox in love owuld be a bad thing. starfox may get more than he bargained for.

If Midnighter had the drop on the Avengers, and they were unaware of his presence, I say he'd take out all but Thor. Remember, he once took out a Colossus lookalike fairly easily while he was in metal form, and he'd be much more effective sneaking in and assassinating them than fighting them normally. But in a one-on-one style battle, it's a much different story, and IM, Scarlet, and QS would probably take him down. And who the hell is starfox? Besides the Nintendo video game character?

Midnighter has the potential to beat alot of these guys especially if he gets the drop on them but its a streatch to take out QS and Starfox and unrealistic to expect him to take out Ironman and Thor

Actually lil Thanos was not a bully. He was the quiet creepy kid who dissected cats, and later on , his mom. Not just to be mean though. He was trying to discover how he could have been born so different. Eternals, by Celestial design, don't mutate.

When Starfox was five year old:

"Thanos, what happened to my puppy?"

"It...uh...ran away."

Seventeen year old:

"Thanos, have you seen my girlfriend?"

"She...uh...ran away."

Later:

"Thanos, have you seen mum?"

"She...uh...ran away."
