Zannah wins, her defensive is very impressive and Talon is not on par with someone like Bane, Maladi is virtually featless with a saber and her illusions can be dispelled. Zannah could take this rather comfortably

But you're comparing 'em individually there, and it's two-on-one. Talon doesn't have to be Bane level, and Maladi's illusions don't have to be as-good as Zannah's.
The strategy is Maladi faces her directly in sorcery/force (not sure if going for the memory walk, or using lightning would be the better move) while Talon zaps or stabs her in the back.
The threat of two combined is greater than either individually.

I think it'd be a good fight. She is stronger than either of them, but having to deal with Maladi's sorcery means she won't have proper opportunity to use her best stuff.
