I have yet to see the movie, but I've seen enough on other forums to say that even though Scarlet Witch is much more powerful Nova can win due to speed and viciousness.

Actually interesting when you think about it. If Scarlett which doesn’t do a massive overkill immediatly(I.e. turn her to ribbons or similar) Nova will straight up skin her alive or something else immediate fatal as she can survive non-immediately fatal wounds(or non-head destroying) via her abilities and Wanda has to go for a nuclear option.
TBH Nova probably one of the better combat TK feats out there(via direct manipulation of the enemy and not toss them/shove a rod through)
