Namor. Try blocking a wave of water or a boulder larger than a building. Any Kryptonian that could lose to Val are simply too 2 dimensional to realize that they would never need to get into with him. Freeze breath, earthquake attack, thunder claps, heat ray vision capable of heating the air around him to the point that it kills him in moments, etc. Stupid writing. Another reason why plot isn’t the only and best way of telling who wins, especially in a forum battle that doesn’t provide plot armor to the combatants.

Val can probably knock Namor out in a straight fight in a featureless environment. Namor lacks many advantages the Kryptonians have (and yeah, a Kryptonian loses only by bad writing, even without the long range attacks).
In some sort of regular environment Namor can probably start throwing stuff at him or using water if that is available. Val is good but there is only so much you can dodge without PIS/CIS.
If it is in the ocean then Namor straight up kills him.

Composite? Damn, he might even be able to do it underwater. Don't forget he's perfectly capable of flying martial arts, so there's less of a learning curve than, say, for Daredevil.
