I'll give it to David. He can kill extra dimensional phantoms like nothing (even Shadow King felt threatened by the Time Demons, whereas David killed them effortlessly), and he essentially has all of Apocalypses' powers and can potentially beat Apoc telepathically like he did with with Sydney where his mind has multiple if not infinite "sub minds" that Apoc can't overwhelm on an astral battle. That's all assuming David doesn't instantly evaporate him out of existence like he did to his congregation.

Can’t beat outright reality warping but I think there is potentially an argument to be made that if Apoc had pre-boosted speed he could blitz David.
But that has to be his first move or he gets erased from reality.
