Nope.

They could be related to each other as Kairi is the princess of radiant garden and Ansem was once the ruler.

However in KHII they did not pay each other specific attention so this has been discarded as merely a fantheory.

I would probably be better off devoting my time to articles on Sora or Riku themselves. Or someone that isn't Kingdom Hearts since I still refuse to finish Chain of Memories.
